Focussing on action, professional coaching consists of accompanying people in professional situations.

Individual coaching is aimed at employees, managers, directors, entrepreneurs, project leaders and spouses:

  • at the initiative of the individual, it takes place on a bilateral basis,
  • at the company’s initiative, it is the subject of a tripartite contract that includes the coachee, the employer’s representative and the coach.

Individual coaching is particularly suited to situations involving decision-making, performance, guidance, crisis and development.

 

Team coaching in the broadest sense of the term is aimed at any group of people:

  • team building takes the form of games to strengthen team cohesion, reveal talents and personalities, and build or strengthen links through interpersonal communication, the quality of relationships, getting to know each other and their needs, and sharing frames of reference,
  • team coaching focuses on performance and collective intelligence, to improve the way things work and create a more dynamic relationship based on collaboration, cooperation and the co-construction of joint projects, with a view to the team’s operational effectiveness,
  • group coaching brings participants together around common objectives that are translated into individual action plans.
